Paris… à tout à l’heure

Let’s go to Paris this weekend. – Okay. That was the impromptu decision of Jilke and I to do something this weekend. Why not drive off to the city of love during fashion week? Yeah, why not indeed!? So hello, goodbye (again)… I’m off for two days of fashion, painful feet, lots of laughs and fun times!

Bisous à tous!

It would be rude not to share these pictures with you. So here I am, in between preparing for the Bloggers Closet Sale tonight, sharing the outfits of people I saw at the Somerset House. Some have put many thought into their outfit and especially LOTS and lots of effort… I did the same the first day but I couldn’t care less the other days… I want fashion to be something I feel – literally – good and comfortable in. Getting streetstyle shot is all swell but just you try to hide the face of painful feet because of your new Zara heels. You try!!!

Anyway, these were some of the looks, shoes, other details that caught my eye. I look forward to next season, just because spotting people is cool!

Puma • The Creative Factory

Sneakers, I wear them daily. From my Nike wedges to my Isabel Marants, Supergas and Vans. I’ve been enlarging my collection over the last months. Although I prefer a sneaker wedge, there’s nothing more comfy than a good pair of flat sneakers. So when Puma kindly invited me to design my own pair, I couldn’t resist. I had the choice between high  tops and low tops in different materials. Since I’m quite a small gal, I opted for the low tops (Basket II) instead of the high tops (First Round) because hiding your ankles behind a shoe makes you look shorter and a bit heavier as well.

There I was, on the iPad, ready to design my own sneaker. Kind of hard if you’re limited to certain choices, because if I had carte blanche, I’d know what kind of sneaker I’d want! But I managed to make something out of all those choices in front of me. I’m going to spare you the details and show you what I’ve made once they arrive! And believe me, I’m as curious as you are!

Thanks again to UPR, Puma and Avenue for this awesome event! Oh and Ouni, your beats are tha bomb!
