Zeb Styling Night

Bare with me people, I’m almost there! I’m extremely running late on blog posts but you’ll all find out soon why that is exactly! Those who know me, also know what a hard worker I am… Well, I sure hope the hard work will pay off!

Anyways, I still have these pictures to share with you guys! The ZEB Styling Night already seems ages ago but I remember it as if it was yesterday! We got picked up by a ZEBmobile and were welcomed in the amazing concept store with a red carpet and a glass of champagne. A few snacks over here, lots of clothers over there! We got our make-up done and then it was time for serious business: shopping! I had the pleasure to style my dear Joanna! She’s such a lovely girl – and a blogger too – with a style of her own. Kind of hard to style someone like that! But I think we both did a great job! I bought a few goodies of course and I still need to go and pick up a jumpsuit but since time isn’t on my side… I guess it’ll have to wait until Tuesday!

Enjoy this sunny weekend!

DOUB TV presents: Niyona!

Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I hope you’re doing a bit better than me… I woke up a bit ill today and at school it got worse… I’ve been a wreck today, just when I need this precious time. Luckily, Jilke and I finished our television reportage just in time. So, here it is: our first (and only) episode of DOUB TV. We present to you Nina Bodenhorst (27) who started her own brand called Niyona. That’s all I can say for now, because you Dutchies have to watch it!

Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Magnum Pleasure Hunt Recap!

Magnum Pleasure Hunt in the City - Brussels

Hello there, it’s me.. the bad blogger! I haven’t been posting a lot lately and it’s all school’s fault. Not that I mind. Okay, I do and I don’t… but that’s not my point in this post. I still had to show you what a fun day I had with Nathalie while Magnum Pleasure Hunting! We started our day seperately but we both started it healthy: with a banana! Afterwards, we went off to Brussels to go… shopping!

First stop: Magnum Pleasure Bar. After our arrival, we got a free ice cream or drink of choice and I chose the Magnum Almond. I wasn’t really hungry so I only enjoyed half of it. Nathalie and I were actually so eager to walk all the way to the centre to do some serious Visa damage. Not that serious, because Nathalie had won a €100 gift voucher to spend in participating stores!

Second stop: Noë by Këtch’up. Nathalie kept her promise and bought a pair of pink Noë shoes! She knew what she wanted and she was there to get it! I on the other hand was very tired and since I was already the proud owner of some green Noë pumps, I just sat down, agreed on the shoe color and took some pictures.

Third stop: Mr. Ego. You can’t buy shoes without having any clothes to wear them with. That’s exactly what was in our minds. So we looked in, out, above, under every rack of clothing and found three pieces: two jumpsuits and a dress. I think we both started off with the idea of only one lucky winner amongst all three but the dress didn’t fit and she couldn’t choose between any of the jumpsuits, so she took both. That’s the spirit!

Fourth stop: Ellis Gourmet Burger. It was already past diner time when we stepped out of Mr. Ego all satisfied! Our tummies screamed hamburgeeeerrrr, so we went to eat some at Ellis Gourmet. We had grilled salmon with a small salad for starters and finished the amazing meal with a burger. Nathalie went for the Ellis Special Bacon while I made the classic mistake of taking something I would regret later: the chicken burger! It wasn’t that bad, but when I saw the delicious beef in Nathalie’s burger, I was kind of jealous!

We were quite tired afterwards but we managed to walk all the way up to the Magnum Pleasure Bar again for a drink… Et voilà, the day was over! We had a wonderful time with the perfect weather and we have to thank Magnum and the participating stores for that! Thanks again guys!
