Number 1: Essentiel bag
I was so happy to have scored this beautiful – and above all big – bag at the Essentiel Stock Sale last week! I’ve been carrying it with me every day, because it even fits my laptop! Love the color, the fact that it’s big and it makes me feel like a celeb carrying an it-bag! Okay, okay, it’s clearly a Mulberry Alexa lookalike but honestly, don’t care. I couldn’t be happier at this moment! Also loving the current version of this bag, which is now in stores. Well what do you now, love is Essentiel!
Number 2: My new Vero Moda & G-Star jeans
Yes sir, I’m into pants. You’ve let go of your horses here already and you’ve come to peace that I’ve accepted the piece of clothing, that is pants! Especially jeans, yes jeans! These three pair of jeans are my current favorites. The G-Star one for obvious reasons: stretchy, dark color, skinny, perfect length. As a matter of fact, I’m wearing it as I write this post A while back I bought the purpleish leopard jeans over at Vero Moda because I’d been on the hunt for those printed jeans for a while. Since I was quite content about it, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to buy it in another color as well. What do you think?
Number 3: iPhone 5 case & smartphone gloves
Time for a change, so I finally started using this beautiful iPhone 5 case my cousin bought me from Bangkok. Apparently, the city and its fashion reminded my cousin and her boyfriend of me. I’ll find out some day, won’t I? The case is like a soft plastic with a few ‘3D flowers‘ on it (similar here). Good thing it’s black, because the new iPhone’s design is so simple and chic that I don’t want to ruin that by adding a colorful case. But knowing myself, I’ll probably do that one day Moving on to the newest addition to my accessory closet: my Mexx smartphone gloves! A bit bummed they’re electric blue but it’s okay, these cold winter days are dark and depressing enough. Happy to say that they do actually work but it’s hard to type with, well at least if you’re using an iPhone! Bought them online just after all the neutral colors were sold out. Better luck next time!
Number 4: Liameo Statement Necklaces
These pretty statement necklaces were a gift by the Berlin/Belgian brand Liameo. I got to pick out two pieces of jewelry and since I have teeny tiny fingers, I didn’t want to take the risk of picking out a ring. I thought of a possible arm party to create out of Liameo bracelets but then I made the decision to go with necklaces. Really happy with these two. Always wanted a spiky necklace that is Aurélie Bidderman inspired. And need I explain why I chose the gold pair? Yep, that’s what I thought!
Number 5: Nikon 1
Last but not least: this red, shiny and very practical Nikon 1! Loving it so far, as you can see. All pictures – except for the last one – are taken with this baby. Quite a powerful camera to be this small. I’ll try to use it a more often but since I’m currently very busy for school, I’m obliged to use my DSLR for all the assignments. The Nikon 1 J2 comes in handy when you’re at a party, because it can capture so much without a lot of light. Above all, you still have the built-in flash. If you’re looking for a small camera but still want to change camera lenses, I recommend this one!
