Ah, those mondays… I hate them! I mostly skip first class – who cares, I always ace my Spanish exam – and end up doing nothing productive the rest of the day… But I did make my homework like a good student and I went for a run. Did you know those runs are really inspirational? I think of my blog, school and other stuff while I’m running and boy, does time fly. Earlier – while jogging my ass off – I was thinking about what I felt was missing in my closet. Obviously, nothing’s missing but you know how girls are… This is what came to mind:
1. A boxy bag, preferably the PS11 but a MBMJ Katie will do!
I have this urge to rob a bank and spend it all on boxy bags such as the PS11 and the Delvaux Madame… But you know, that really won’t be happening soon. So let’s keep it to some monday (and the rest of the week) craving and just fantasize about these bags. I saw the Katie Bracelet Box Bag at the Marc by Marc Jacobs store opening last friday and I was intrigued. Then later, I found it again on Pinterest. This might be the cheap replacement of the PS11, if you ask me… And if cash suddenly falls into my lap, be sure that I’ll buy this baby!
2. Zara booties, apparently not sold online anymore
You know how every season, there’s a certain blogger item that each and every BIG blogger has? Well, these boots are definitely it… And I want in! Not because everyone else is wearing them but because in their own laqué way, they’ve made me fall in love! They don’t seem too high and they’re ankle booties and they’re black. Need I say more? Although they have absolutely everything I want at the moment, I hear myself cursing the pain away already. Legend has it that Zara heels are never to be made comfortable.
3. afterDRK for Maison de Bonneterie bracelet
Industrial, minimalistic, pretty. That’s probably how Sabrina wanted her bracelet to be and she did a great job at designing it. I want one so badly but unfortunately my wallet doesn’t really agree on that part. Not that it’s that expensive, it’s just that the iPhone 5 is about to knock on my door and ask for a ridiculous amount of euros, so I’d better not. And besides, isn’t it better to receive this as a gift instead of buying it for yourself?
4. Printed pants – dots, baroque, stripes, you name it, I want it
I’m into pants. I know, I know, hold your horses for a sec. I’m into pants!!! I normally hate it but yeah, sh*it happens, I’m into pants. Screw them shorts and tights that tend to be ripped before I get to wear them. I have this urge to wear fun pants lately, combined with sneakers or a simple heel, Marant style, bien sûr So, I have these green Topshop pants and a striped pair which I got in Greece ages ago. But I’m on a hunt for other fun prints, such as these dotted ones. Tips are welcome… you may release your horses now!
